Job Description and Requirements

The objective of this position is to properly investigate accounts and offer solutions to resolve accounts through either recovery or payment. No cold calling.

Job Description: make contact with debtor, recover collateral, investigate all leads, minimize risk through proper operation of equipment, obey all company policies and regulations, provide timely updates and reports

Job Requirements: We require our employees to have: basic computer and mechanic skills, ability to work long hours, ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, have a valid drivers license, successfully pass drug screening and background investigations.

Tow truck, heavy equipment or repossession experience preferred.

Office Personnel
Job Description and Requirements

The objective of this position is to provide quality customer service in one of our six offices.

Job Description: manage day-to-day operations, assist drivers in release of property, work with repossession software, relay information to agents, and coordinate and communicate with headquarters to ensure proper payment and documentation for release of property.

Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, office experience preferred, ability to multi-task, strong management and organizational skills, proficient in Mircrosoft Office, valid drivers license, successfully pass drug screen and background investigations.
